We are uniquely equipped to handle your catering and special event needs. Bona Roma has 2 mobile pizza kitchens! For well over a decade, we have been serving the special needs and requests of our customers special events with our mobile pizza kitchens.
Both trucks contain a complete kitchen. Coolers, prep table, sinks and even a full size deck oven, the same size as in our restaurant kitchen. All this on wheels, this allows us to serve your needs as fresh as if you were in the restaurant. In effect, we literally bring the restaurant to you. At your doorstep!
