Well, we start with the best ingredients from local suppliers Spolumbo's, Alberta Cheese, Valbella Meats and Mario's Gelato. This is because if you don't start on the right foot you will be stumbling the whole way.
We also use our own Home Made pizza sauce, caesar dressing and bar-b-que sauce. These are old family recipes, and that comes through in the flavour.
